Three high-end foreign expert projects initiated by HZAU have been approved and will be launched in 2016. With another three run from 2015 being funded, all together six key foreign expert projects are in execution, according to the SAFEA (State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs).

The High-end Foreign Expert Projects is aimed at senior foreign professionals in world-renowned institutions of education, technology, culture, art, publishing and sports, and innovators with intellectual property rights and core technologies. The SAFEA provides continuous support for the approved projects during their execution with salary subsidies and allowances.
