Scientific Research

Since the "Eleventh Five-year Plan" (Plan 2006-2010), HZAU has undertaken 2,442 research projects, of which 78 are in National Program"863", 43 in National Program "973", 40 in National Program "948", 92 in National Science & Technology Pillar Program, 304 in National Natural Science Foundation, and 50 international cooperation projects, with newly approved funds of 1.07 billion RMB for science and technology. 8 projects have won national scientific and technological achievements awards (including cooperation projects), 13 won provincial and ministerial first prizes (including cooperation projects) and 176 has been granted patents.
